Dawn Light on Ballinbriech Castle with Errol Across the Tay

Ballinbriech Castle lies on the south bank of the River Tay off the old road between Newburgh and Newport.
The name comes from the Celtic, 'Balan-breac', meaning 'town of trout' and refers to its proximity to the River Tay which offered fine fishing. Although the original castle dates from the 14th century and was the family seat of the Leslie family, 16th century additions extended the castle to the form still visible today.

The actual image measures 190mm x 100mm (7.5" x 4"). It comes mounted in a high quality bevel cut mount with an overall dimension of 340mm x 260mm (13.25" x 10.25"). Each print is individually labelled and is sealed in cellophane to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition.
